Default Need Help 1991 Civic LX

I need help !! I replaced my 1.5 EF engine to 92 EG Engine(SOHC). When i removed the tranny from the old engine I bolted the torque converter into flexplate first (engine was turning) then bolted the tranny to the new one.

After installed everything, Trying to crank it up so that the oil goes up first. But seems no sounds of staring up. Found out Engine was lock!!!(i'm using wrench to turn on the pulley and it was lock) I checked the gear it was in neutral, changed the starter as well but gives me same result...

My questions is should I installed Torque converter and tranny first then bolted into flex plate? or is this sign that my my T.Converter is worn out already?

During when i had the EF engine (the RPM goes a little bit up and down when the engine is cold. If turn the AC even the engine is warm seems the cark was going to stall..) One day i was driving car gave up. Sounds like you drop a nut & bolt to a rotating barrel. Not sure if it's engine or torque converter.. When i got home oil leaks underneath the car.The reason why i change it

Please help!!!!!!
