Whats the point? Our overly small fenders probably don't weigh much as it is... you lose what, 5-10lbs maybe for $400-$600+... Just take out the back seat.

I dont know about you but I use my backseat frequently Kinda like the idea of carbon hood and fenders with the rest of the car white.

Isn't that the point of modding a Civic, make the car closer to a real sports/race car? However far it is from a real race car.

but still i cant see how carbon fiber panels are waste of money if it makes your car look better, performe better, and make it lighter (better gas milage) how is it a waste of money unless your some old grandma that drives the car like once a week for only like 5 miles then i could under stand

What's the point of bringing up the gas millage if your shelling out $500+ on the part anyways?

"if it makes your car look better" uh, no. and that's subjective
"performe better"for the fenders? how much weight are you really saving there? 5 pds maybe, i can go to the restroom and shed that kind of weight haha
"and make it lighter (better gas milage)"look at my answer to the last question

in reality its your car and your going to do what you want to it

yeah but how of the people "modding" their civics actually take their cars to a track? make it closer to a race car for the street? i call that rice in my opinion.

Yes carbon fiber has a purpose......

But, it is downright ugly IMO. Browsing around Honda-tech, I see very well put together cars with CF hoods and trunks that just kill it for me.

Yes, race cars utilize carbon fiber. But they also have huge banner stickers, numbers on the side of their car, and full gutted interiors.
