im gettin my trunk painted from MAACO n dey said its gonna cost me $300...i dont kno if der work is any gud...i live in Kent/WA..any other shops in the kent,renton or seattle area that can do it fo less $$$$

First off, learn to spell/type, it'll make your posts a lot easier to comprehend. I've heard both good and bad reviews about Maaco jobs (mostly bad), so it's hard to say. It's been said before that Maaco is franchised, so every shop is different...some bad, some really bad, and a few good.

 

If you are just getting the trunk painted then $300 is what a regular shop charges. Why go to Maaco when you can get it done at a real collision center?
Better to take that $300 and go to a shop that will give you a warranty where if something is wrong you can actually feel confidant that they can fix it.

Lmao...........I read that **** like 3 times to finally understand it.No but seriously,WihaSi is very right about that. I wouldn't take any chances with them I was never a big fan of them at all.My friends car look bad without paint after macco worse ,Save the cash,and get a real paint job.
