I have a 92 Honda Accord and it keeps blowing the ECU EAT fuse under the dash when starting. Any suggestions?

That would most likely be due to a short in one of the wires or components in that circuit. That particular circuit provides power to a lot of items. In order to troubleshoot this, you will have to unplug each item individually to see where the short is or use a multimeter to test each item for an open circuit.

What year and model Accord are you having the issue with?

Also can you confirm that it is fuse No.4 that you are having issues with.
