Very easy to do...you just have to remove the bolt screws attaching the stock lip to your bumper, then you pre-drill some holes on the underside of the lip where it can't be seen, after this is done you just mount it up and drill the srews provided with the lip into the pre-drilled holes and your done. This is a rough explanation but believe me it's easy, the only hard part is the mounting, you should have someone there to help you hold it during the install otherwise you'll have a hard time lining it up.
