'93 Prelude SR Jumper Plug (Cdn, H23)
I should add that I searched the archives and found only "behind the center console closest to the passenger side".
While awkwardly splayed out looking under the driver's side dash I was only able to find one plug that resembles a jumper plug (Blue, and just hangin there) only it is further left, in line with the clutch pedal, and it has 4 prongs.

are you talking about the plug to check the CEL? if so its on the passenger side of the center consol. if you're looking at the center console from the passenger side it should be down on your right and is the last little cloth piece on your console. you have to remove the last little part of the middle console. (it should just pull off) hpoe this helps.
Yeah that's the one I'm looking for. Do I have to take off the black, hard plastic center console piece to get at it? (the one that comes down each side of the center console and is screwed on). The jumper plug in my wife's civic is easy enough to get at, you just pop off the kickpanel on the pass. side.

It probably doesn't hurt to remove that side piece. The jumper should be right under the radio, probably connected to a brown rubber plug.
