99 Accord V-6...NO SPARK...ARGHHHH
Checked the ignition switch, all fuses, ohmed out the coil, checked voltage at the coil and at the ignition module.....no spark coming from the main distributor wire.
Is there a main relay, or something else i can check besides replacing the Ignition module?

The main relay under the dash won't prevent you from getting spark.
Example:
The main relay went out on my 99 EX. Common occurrence from my understanding. It was getting spark so I could rule out ECU and ignition. But the fuel pump wouldn't kick on.
So... you could have a bad distributer. But you say you checked voltage at the coil but no spark coming from the main distributer wire... have you completely ruled out ECU, maybe ECU ground?

No, I haven't completely ruled out the ECU....and now I haven't completely ruled out the coil either, since I just read that the coil could ohm fine, but have an open under load...guess I shouldn't have returned the one I bought....
The problem was intermittant until recently when it became permanent...never stalled while running, just occassionally wouldn't start...sometimes after just being on...
I found a nice website on this forum that should help immensely:

Ahhhh......fortunately for me, a Google search on the acronym DTC yielded favorable results (although Direct Torque Control and Developmental Test Bed sounded interesting)
No, according to Honda Service, no DTCs. I took it to them when the problem was intermittant to diagnose...it reoccured while I was explaining the issue, but of course, after I left, the car started fine and they couldn't duplicate the problem...they did however, tell me I needed a new battery...after they repeatedly tried to duplicate the issue of the car not starting("do you want us to replace it?"...uhhhhhh)
Nothing against Honda...intermittants are tough..I'm sure if I towed it to them now that it's dead, they'd diagnose it...but no.
