How much "overlap" do you guys have on your cams?
Okay I'm just beginning to understand the whole "running boost". Anyways when modifying an engine you make the car breathe better, obviously.
Running forced induction, should you have some overlap perhaps, 10-15 degrees or have 0 overlap. From my understanding, having overlap may cause exhaust to be pushed back into the intake when the piston comes up on what I believe is called the exhaust stroke. And overlap works better on N/A aspirated setup.
Hope this makes sense to someone.
