Grinding noise coming from rear off the car

Grinding noise coming from rear off the car
this has been goin on for months and i cant figure out what it is. I would hear a weird grinding noise at low speeds but then it would go away, i would only hear it once and awhile. I was reading somewhere that the ebrake cable or piston would need to be relocated? if so where do i look for this.

Check ur rear brake pads. I also have a grinding noise coming from the rear when I'm at low speeds without pressing the brake pedal.
