If you leave on the last yellow you are going to have a bad reaction time due to roll out. Doesn't really matter unless you are racing for prizes or money in a professional event, but it never hurts to get the jump on the other guy. On a full tree try launching just as the second yellow goes out, should get you some decent reaction times somewhere in the low to mid .500 range. Hope this helps hard to explain easier to do.

If you time it just right you can leave just as the second yellow goes out, you will not red light if your timeing is good, i do it all the time. My best reaction time by doing this is a .502, if you go just as the second yellow comes on you will red light. I have never got a .500 but i have been close with a .499, still a red light though. Like i said before you have to take the roll out distance into consideration, it just takes practice.
