Alright, I think I've just about got my build up planned out

88/89 D16A1
75.5mm bore (high seems to require custom pistons, otherwise I'd be all over 77mm)
86/87 rods
88/89 OE pistons
remove middle layer from OE headgasket (.2 compression bump)
P&P head and intake manifold
Unknown cam profile

I guess I really need to know what the max cam profile I can use before it tears up my stock valvetrain

 

Is it going to be in a g1 integra?...you have to make custom mounts otherwise and twoof the tranny bolts don't line up if memory serves.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong, but having a 75.5 mm bore will require you to use pistons that are .5 mm oversized.

Yes. That's why I can't do 77mm. The only way to get pistons are to get them custom. 75.5 is the only other OTC piston available
