Default having trouble

My window crank is turning hard sprayes some white lube but still going ruff any ideas how tom replace? Or make it better it's not completly ruff just won't crank all that great.

wow sorry about that one well my window crank just sucks it cranks but it goes a decent ruffness. sprayed whit lube on it but still does same thing How would I replace it or what could I do to fix this problem?
