Will the RSX TypeS accept 15" CRV Steelies?
As the title suggests, I'm trying to find out if the 15" CRV steelie will fit on the RSX TypeS. I searched and didn't come across anything. Thanks!
I confirmed it in front of my very own eyes that neither the 15" Odyssey wheels nor the 15x7 Kosei K1s will fit the RSX TypeS as there are issues with caliper clearance.
The RSX TypeS front discs are 11.8" while the Prelude and ITR brakes are 11.1" I believe the Base RSX front brakes are 10.3" discs, so theoretically, the 15" rims should fit the base model.

Excuse the stupid question-
If you know that 15" wheels of other Hondas did not fit, why do you think the steelies would?
Also, just because the rotor diameter is a certain size, doesn't mean that the caliper won't contact the wheel...

NC-RSX-S:
Well, first, I *didn't* know if 15" would fit. At the time I posed the question, no one had hard evidence to support the fact that they *wouldn't* fit. Therefore, I called my friend over and we tried the K1s and the steelies. After 10 minutes work, we had our answer.
I never said that since the rotor is larger that the wheel wouldn't fit, but I knew my Preludes brake diameter and caliper clearance with 15" rims wasn't more than 3/4". Knowing that stuffing larger discs (by nearly 3/4") wouldn't help matters, I took an educated guess that they wouldn't fit. Guess what? I was right.
