a couple of nub qustions

can some one explain what all off these different models mean si vx eg ek ex ef and whatever ones that im missing and which is better over the others and
# 2 is it possible to have a hb that runs low 9 sec times in an 1/8 mile remember 1/8 mile and still pass smog and and be reliable like a stock honda and still be under 6000 in price thanks

Please do some reading, the FAQ at the top of the page is very helpful in this regard. Otherwise, a lot of us will just start flaming you and saying all kinds of really rude things to answer these types of questions.
