I got an avid shift linkage on ebay.. and everythign bolted in great.. using an LS shifter.. and i can only find like 3rd and 4th.. the shifter doesn't want to go left or right without popping back in the middle 3rd and 4th gears. also radiator has a leak and its hard to find.. any tips? thanks guys -Matt-

 

Take the radiator to a shop and have it pressure tested........and as far as your linkage........... ......whats the vehicle and what is the swap......

 

90 CRX DX. b18a1. I havent even checked if there's manual trans fluid in it, but would that cause it to not go in a gear?

it COULD, but i doubt thats your problem.....

 

This may sound dumb but i had a similar issue with my avid shift linkage. Flip the linkage over. My issue was it was shifting waaaay to far forward. (4th gear was were nutral was)

 

You can't just flip the linkage over because of the way it's manufactured. any more clues man?
