i am new to honda tech but not new to hondas at all. i have only used this site for helping me and this is my first post sorry if i mess it up or its in the wrong spot.

i have been talking to the owner of island dragway in great meadows nj. he has given the ok for a honda day on october 28th its a sunday. i know its late and will be cold but that the respect that honda gets up there. all the people around me in my town are a bunch of dumb little kids that dont know there *** from a whole in the ground so when they go up and act stupid it looks bad for the good honda people.aka no thieves.

the web site is islanddragway.com i am getting no money for this i just want a bunch of fast nice hondas from all over the area to come out and show some v8 guys whats up.
the owner said that hondas can have half the track theres going to be 4 lanes open 2 for hondas only 2 for everyone else.

i was also trying to maybe get a honda tech meeting up there the same day so that alot of guys will show up and then we can get the entire track next year.

again sorry if i posted wrong but i wanted to let you guys know when and where to kill some hillbilly v8's

sounds good, but why only 2 lanes? ive been there on a normal day and all the lanes were full

Ill most likely be there tomorrow for some shake downs. xenocron you should go and bring a laptop with neptune compatibility so I can dial in my AVCR

 

Just got my dyno delivered this weekend

If my camping plans for next weekend fall through I will go on Friday night

I'm down for this as long as the maple grove meet doesnt have to fall on its rain date, which is the same as this date.

 

hondas r going to have 2 lanes he said if there is a large turnout then we can get a whole day next year

nah, they actually want breather tubes in battery boxes, cutoff switches...etc
