I was wondering if anyone knew where to get a good header to downpipe gasket.I have ordered about 5 from headman headers and they keep leaking and its driving me crazy.I would probably need a all metal one.If anyone knows where to find a good gasket please lmk,thanks

 

is it a stock header/downpipe or aftermarket? if its stock, get two of the metal crush oring ones from the dealer.

 

if it's an aftermarket header that doesn't take the o-rings buy one of these:

i got one of those off these guys on an ebay auction for like 12 bucks. construction is awesome. if you look closely at the pic, you can see it has kind of a crush ring on it to help seal it.

 

whats the diameter of that secondaries for that gasket? ^

 

Its an aftermarket dc sports header for an h23a1 and the mounting bracket that bolts to the motor broke off.

 

Going through that many gaskets, you might want to check that your flange is true.

 

Would this work for a h23,I dont have a f22

1 13/16" exactly. when it's put on and smooshed between the header and downpipe maybe it's about 1 3/4".
