"We'll beat anyone's advertised price, or your mattress is freeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!"

If you were a mattress retailer, would it be cheaper for you to lower your price to beat someone else's, or would it be cheaper to give away a free mattress?

I'll bet you 1,000,000 mattresses, that Sit 'n Sleep has never given away a free mattress.
