Default Brake light/ Horn Fuse

We have a 94 civic. The brake light and horn fuse keeps on blowing once we start the car, seems almost like there is a loose connection or something, as it doesn't do it everytime. Any suggestions please?

check the harness underneathe of the steering column to make sure the plug isn't loose or the shielding isn't melting and causing a ground. that's where i'd start.

We checked the harness, horn connection and brake light connections, all seemed fine. We disconnected the battery this time before replacing the fuse and it seems to be fine now (for the last 4 days at least). Hope it continues to be ok. Thanks again for your help!
