I have a set of red gt3's and i just got the car painted blue.. so i wanna change the color of the wheels to black or gold or silver. What is the best way to take the paint off of the wheels or the best way to change the color form red to the other. sand and spray?? or what??

is there any way to get the red paint completely off the wheels i already have or shud i just scuff them and just paint black over the red with a few clearcoats??
