Photos from yesterday
My good friend Paul and I went and took a few pics for kicks out off SR500 in Vancouver. Found a nice smooth slightly on camber corner and decided to get some pics of us riding.
Paul on the F4i, me on the VFR. Pics just got a quick adjustment(they were shot raw), so with some cleaning and a better server, they will look much better.

2004. All stock except gutted pipes....sounds like a mini V8

Paul did something in Lightroom real quick with it...not too sure. He's going to edit the photos and upload them to his site so they look decent
thanks y'all

so far so good. I bought it new old model(2004 with .3 miles on it) 3 months ago. Came with all the warranties and crap too. Put about 2500 miles on it already. I ride to work everyday(50 miles round trip) and pleasure riding in between. I love the power band, it's super comfortable, and it handles great. The exhaust tone is sick with the gutted pipes....I need to upload a vid of it. VTEC is nice for power, but you need to be in tune with that for corner exit, as it is a nice bump in power. I need to do the o2 simulator and do a power commander, which should smooth the power band. Both bikes are about dead nuts equal in speed...I weigh 210, he weighs about 240...but my bike weighs a LOT more. I plan on keeping it for awhile and building a track bike over winter. I had a F4 and a SV650 before this.

These bikes have always interested me and I can see myself owning one. They just seem to be the almost perfect balance between sport and cruiser.

it's more of a sport sport-touring bike than a sport touring bike. I can easily keep up with everyone I've ridden with in the twisties....and it doesn't have that race bike rawness to it. Very comfy and sporty at the same time. I was a little unsure after I bought it, that maybe I should have got the RR instead...but I'm happy so far. I wish I could fit Superhawk clip ons, but they would hit the fairing at full lock. I let a friend ride it yesterday, who hasn't ridden a bike in over a year, and he said it was very easy to get comfortable on. I hate the saddle though. I've been looking into the Sargent or Corbin, but hear different opinions on them.
