H23 Turbo Manifold wont fit
Hi all I have a 92 lude with an H23. I have a SFP Mani That I just Dont Like. I was searching on Ebay and found an F22/H23 mani from Discountzoomparts from Las Vegas. Bought the manifold and showed up in a SS Autochrome box,,,,,expletive.
Well Put mani on and wastgate will go on but there is no way you will get the dump tube welded on a flange and second tried to shut the hood and it will not close right because the wastgate is hitting it. third I was trying to put the turbo on witch is only a 60 compressor housing it theres no way it will fit either. Just checking to see if anyone else has ran into this issue. Besides the welds on this mani are awful.

If you still want to keep it, you'll have to reweld the wastegate elbow to sit lower to clear the hood. And then you probably want to go over all the welds again.
Or just relist it back on Ebay and get a REAL manifold.

why not buy my FP manifold? its a dsm one.. made more efficient and for faster spool... ceramic coated to keep the heat in.. check it out on forced performance's website.. its known as the "race manifold"

nota dumb question.. they do! you just drill new holes along the bottom- the ports line right up. dsm manifolds work with h23's and f22's.. not h22s. this was one of the best ones.. too bad i have to part out : (
let me know if anyone wants it

Well you guys must of not read the post above to closely. I have the SFP mani which I have already shaved the block down to make it fit. To run a full size radiator its not possible to do with this manfiold. So I was searching for more of a ram horn style that would let me clock the turbo more and seen this mani on ebay. I didnt now it was an SS AUto Junk mani. I ordered it and showed up in a SS AUTO JUNK box and doesnt fit at all. Now Im trying to send it back and they will not return my emails or faxes.
