need help finding

so i was going to paint my wheels a week or so ago and i was gunna do them similar to 06blaksi's wheels because i think they loook pretty sexy. he said that he used plastikote paint for the job...well. i went to about 12 different stores looking for it. o' reileys, napa, auto zone, westwood autoparts, wal mart....etc.

the gist of it. does anyone know where i can get plastikote car paint??
