How much to have install HIDs in a 07 4 door civic?
yeah i have done this myself for 3 cars now... with PnP the hardest thing to do it mount the ballast... yes mounting something is the most difficult part..
it just takes unplugging the light and plugging it into the ballast, then plugging the HID bulb back into the light housing.. should be cheap if you really want to pay someone to do it.

PM me... i can get you a brand new set at $170 shipped to your door. Any color you want. I have a set on my FA5..... i would recommend 6000k. LMK if you want them. Oh just to let you know they are Plug-N-Play and take about 45 to install if it is your first tim doing something like this.

No offense for people trying to sell their stuff here, but plug and play HID kits are garbage in terms of reliability and performance compared to a properly designed OEM unit, even one that is retrofitted in a non HID equipped car.
check http://www.customlightz.com to see what a good retrofit looks like

yeah, i think almost everyone if not all, agree that solutions like the ones from customlightz are the best and only option to do some lighting mod the right way, but PnP kits do offer better visibilty than stock lighting, and with a good alignment, you shouldnt blind others, and at a fraction of the cost...it really does matter...
i have a PnP kit and i can say its 100x better than stock, and for now, until i save enough for the retrofit, its the only choice to improve visibility.

A friend of mine was too anxious to wait for me to get off vacation and paid $150 to have his installed on his FA5.
After they were installed, and the bumper put back on, they realized he had received a bad balast. So they uninstalled the kit.
Once he got a new one, I installed the kit for him in about 45 minutes. For the cost, these kits look good and are a definite improvement over stock.

Why would you want 12000k? Just so people know you are bling blinin HIDs? I bet you are the same kind of guy I see rolling around with his HID's on whenever the vehicle is running, day or night, just to be blinging them.
PnP alright for you pretty crappy for others.
Do it right, retrofit. Best light output for you easy on other drivers.
