SIR2K IS A SCAMMER
so story goes my friend purchased a block off him assuming it was a good running block. the block turned out to be scored, contacted him and told him about the situation. he asked for pictures, sent him pictures. as soon as the pictures were sent the calls were no longer answered. so my friend went to the house where he got the block from. he does not want to refund the money saying he does not have the money .

Maybe because he thought it was a working block. Nontheless its still fucked up, ''Kevin" is not refunding the cash.
Furthermore, A true scammer sells items that are no good and have a feeling that it was fucked up. All they are in is for making cash for themselfs.

here's the story anyways.
So my friend David needed an ITR block since his was fucked up. He bought SIR2K (Kevin)’s block taking his word for it that it was good. I was putting David’s engine together to swap in his car so he brought over the block one day (this was a few days , maybe a week after he bought it from Kevin) and I inspected it and saw the nice scoring it had on ALL CYLINDERS. I immediately told David to get his money back.
David calls up Kevin to ask about the condition and if he knew about it. Kevin denied the damages and said he and a friend inspected it before selling saying it was good. Kevin tells David to send some pics of the block so he can see for himself. I myself took the pictures and posted on HT for some info. Of course everyone said it was fucked up.
Well, after an email to Kevin about the block, Kevin tells David that he’ll check his mail later—he’s not home at the moment. This was the last word David got from Kevin until about less than or equal to a week later, David decides to confront Kevin at his doorstep.
David was mad but he came there knowing he wasn’t going to get all of his money back right away. David offered $100 per month from Kevin. The offer was DENIED from Kevin. Kevin and his buddy then say something along the lines of “we didn’t even look at the block, we just wanted to sell it right away” blah blah blah, “it was sold as-is”… Well, AS-IS does not really count when you say everything is fine with the block and saying you took a look at it before selling. See the contradiction?
Kevin and his friend then try to persuade David that he’s better off selling the block off to someone else for MORE MONEY. WTF KIND OF SCAMMER TRIES TO TURN SOMEONE ELSE INTO A SCAMMER?!?!
Now they begin to blame David for mishandling the block… HOW THE expletive CAN YOU SCORE CYLINDER WALLS LIKE THAT UNLESS YOU RUN IT IN A CAR ?!?! answer: you cant. I even posted pics from SIR2Ks own collection showing the slightest hint of scoring. Of course it isn’t noticeable unless you’re looking for it.

btw, the offer for a resolution still stands. ... he knows you dont have all the cash right now, but seeing as though you had such a nice car, $100 a month shouldnt even be that much.
