Honda Prelude All Model Preludes

should i get this prelude?

Default should i buy this prelude?
H22 VTEC motor, has 60k miles on it, has the basic bolt-ons, lowered, strut bar and rims.. power everything works.. the only thing is the paint is starting to fade a bit and the synchros in the tranny might be going

hes asking $3000

forgot to ask what year but its a 4th Gen, also are H22 Preludes reliable?
