Default Borrow: D16Y8 Virgin ECU

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone in Orange County would lend me a Virgin D16Y8 ECU. The reason I ask is because I own a 1999 Civic EX coupe completely stock but the SMOG computer is saying that my ECU is not ready (did not relearn as if you reset the ECU)

There is no check engine light, no codes, and also tried the self diagonostic and nothing!

Please HELP!

send me an e-mail to sils2k@hotmail.com

Thanks!
Nick

Had the same problem. Do you have an aftermarket radio installed? If you do, remove it. Reset the ECU, and perform the necessary steps requires to relearn the ECU. Try to smog it again.
