hey, when i turn my high beems on only the right side works...the left doesnt turn on.. i tired replacing the bulb but nothing happened.....then i notieced the signal in my dash that tells me the brighs are on doesnt show up....this makes me think its a fuse.....anyone have any other ideas before i go spend money on nothing again?
