So basically i have eg with a stock h22 motor. I found a guy that wants to semi sponsor me meaning that he can get me parts for cheap if i rock his business name on my car. I want to biuld my internals and make my h22 run all motor. What after market parts should i buy mani-fold,pistons ...etc. And what brands should i get?

JE Pistons,eagle rods,skunk2 cams,springs,retainers,valves,exedy clutch,skunk2 I/M and throttle body...you have a lot to choose from ..just me sure you search and get different opinons before start making decisions..!!..good luck.. i wish i can find someone like that..!!!

 

It really doesn't take much to make a h22 a monster, if your looking for everyday driven reliable power i would say go with some type s pistons, good cams such as crower 3's or equivilent, good tuning software ( hondata, aem ems) make sure you get a good manifold for intake and exhaust, loose that HOT air intake you have on their now. nice port job, remove balance shafts. Search for h22 you will find a bunch of ****!!

 

so i was told my hp on my car is about 220. Does anyone know approx. how many hp will i have after i upgrade the cams,pistons rods???

Don't forget the tune, because it won't run well at all if you just install them.(or at least you wouldn't be getting the potential that thing has.)
