hey guys, I am new on honda bike and I am looking for one and found this on craigslist. I am not sure if the price is right so I let you guys decide.

The miles is low for this kind of price and i don't know about bike pricing. Is there a site like kelly blue book for bikes? and how to check it if title is clear or salvage?
