Don't do it. They will rub big time, will make your acceleration slower, and will throw off your odometer and speedometer. The reason no one is posting photos is anyone who tried it, found out the hard way that this is a very bad idea.
If you want more tire showing and more comfort, the correct way to do it is to switch to smaller wheels, such as 15" wheels with 195/55-15 or 205/50-15.
