I am a newbie at this and this is my first honda civic turbo hatch and finally I am thinking about getting some slicks for the track next weekend but here is the thing I got some polished 14 inch integra rims because I cant run 13 inch rims because I got ls brake swap up front. So here is the thing how big of a slick would work for me sohc turbo on 10 pnds of boost.
made 236 whp and 187.9 ft tq.

you can run 13's with it... many do with with spacers....

but with your power 22-23" is all you need

 

You may need to go to a 15in rim. The only slick made for a 14 in wheel is 20X8.00-14. That slick would be to small for your whp. 22x8.00-15 should work.
