Oiled up Accord DX....
Well here is the story: I have a 1995 Honda Accord DX (F22B2 Non-VTec) and I was dumb enough to put 9 bottles of 5W-20. So yeah, I ran on that for a while, and 45 minutes later, my engine started to choke, mad smoke came out of the exhaust, and I can't accelerate as fast anymore. After that, I did another oil change with 4 bottles of 10W-30, and then it kinda fixed it but the engine still chokes sometimes and I smell burnt oil and oil is all over the engine. So I think the gaskets are gone...
I am thinking about replacing the Head with a VTec F22B1 instead. What are differences between those two? What do I have need to to make it work? All I know is, Head will fit I think, vtec ecu, and something for the vtec solenoid?

Over filled oil can cause a catalyic converter to go bad, normally an engine wont fail from being over filled, but ive seen oil being in the air box and pcv line after being overfilled
Well if its still running it looks like nothing major blew... too much oil can do some very serious damage but it looks like in your case it has just been forced past gaskets and bearings and is being burnt off. If you're car isn't running so great with regular oil now you may have to use a thicker oil or even high mileage oil which has additives in it to expands gaskets and other componets to prevent leaks. Also not only the head can be damaged with too much oil so you might wanna check everything out before goin with that head swap.
