I know. They come on many used EXes though, including my old '97 EX coupe.
Btw, the part number was posted earlier.

I'm confused on why a regular user of H-T couldn't figure out where to buy hubcaps.

There are LOTS of other places besides the dealership to buy them. If you're saving up for other wheels, just clean your steelies and ride on bare steelies. Unless you find used hubcaps for a couple bucks, don't worry about it.
Remember ALLLL those links I posted for you though? I already found some 18, 59 and 73 miles from Albany, NY (I didn't know where in NY you live, so I had to guess on a zip code).
This place has two sets for $15 a set.

This place has six sets for $25 a set.

This place has three sets for $15 a set.

Huh? What kind of mentality is that?
Honda dealerships can get every single OEM part found on the car new (unless it is discontinued), and everything is a set price and known top quality - i.e. it fits, it works, and it lasts. Why wouldn't you check there for new parts? All it takes is a short phone call.
Unless you're looking for used parts, in which case you're limited to the Marketplace, eBay, and local import salvage yards . . .
<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">so all i need to do is give them the part number and thats it???</TD></TR></TABLE>
There are 2 ways to order parts: you call up and order a part number that you already have, or you call up and give them your application (i.e. car description and part needed) and they take care of the rest. Seriously, are you afraid of them are something? It's okay to try things out for yourself - nobody will spoon-feed you forever.
You may have to put down a deposit or pay in full when ordering. Honda cracked down on the dealerships recently for special order parts returns.

Doubtful, unless the department happens to have a few left over in stock. You will likely get it the next day though, since the distribution centers are doing daily parts delivery (used to be weekly). Here's an idea: CALL AND ASK.

Why spend $100 on hubcaps then if you're just going to replace them? Might as well put it toward the new wheels . . . unless you plan to use the steel wheels for winter tires or something.

Grow up.
Hubcaps look cleaner than the stunnas that drive around with bare steel wheels.
