Default Removing broken AC tensioner bolt... Help

I can't get this bolt out. I have tried a screwdriver, but it is in there too tight. Last time I was able to back it out by hand.... I tried a dremel tool to cut a slit in it, but was not able to suceed with this method.
Any other suggestions?

That sucks…

If you loosen the condenser is there enough room to remove the front torque mount bracket? You can then work on the bolt head on…

Well, to make it more complicated, the tranny is out of the car.... So I don't feel comfortable loosening the driver's engine mount to allow the torque mount to come off.

I usualy block off the engine so it is not hanging on the engine mounts when the tranny is out. If you do this you can remove the torque mount without concern. The rear and driverr side engine mount + the Jack/block under the engine is enough to hold it steady.

Try a bolt extractor bit, driven by an air ratchet.
