power windows question?

power windows question?
in my 94 LS...my exterior lights and powerwindows dont work...no power going to them at the fuses...ive a bad ground somewhere...
i tried to hookup a 12 volt source to manual roll them up...
no luck...any other ideas to get those windows up?
