Well this last saturday i swapped and obd1 ls in my ef i used a boomslang conversion harness. I wired up my 4 wire o2 and wasnt throughing any codes on initial start up. I didnt have a way to weld up any sort of exhaust so i was forced to drive with open header .Anyways later sunday night i started troughing o2 heater code 41. My question is could i have fried the heater element by running open header ? Cuz i got 2.5 ran and ive reset the ecu many times and i still gettin it. I plan on switching tomorrow i just wanted to confirm this was it
