alright fellas,
maybe someone has a solution to my problem...
i had swap in a d16z6 w/ an A6/SI tranny onto 89 CIVIC... well the problem is that i had to pull the linkage all the way forward about 1-2 in. from how it normally sits... and now when i am testing to put it in gear i am having trouble putting it to first it hit the plastic/ console and third looks like its in neutral... its a crx shift linkage that i am using btw... not sure if that would make any difference to why its short...IMO it seems like the rod stabilizer is the short part of the linkage
TIA
