Default how much power

ok this is my first time going all motor. my car was turbo with s300. now i am going all motor type r and want to tune it with my s300 since i already have it. i have spoon header, spoon exhaust and an intake. other than that the motor is all stock. the question is how much horse ppwer should i expect to get out of it with my s300?

even if they did, the power they produce on THAT dyno would likely be different than yours on a DIFFERENT dyno.

take it to the dyno and then come and tell us your #....but maybe 190whp..
