anyone have some pics of where the fill thing is on the tranny to fill it up with trans fluid? also where is the check screw to check the level of the fluid? and Im one of those guys that words dont really help, need pics. thanks.

 

The passenger side of the tranny has one bolt that a 3/8" socket fits into. Thats your drain bolt. The one a little bit above it and behind is the fill bolt. Its a 17mm. You can run a tube to it and once its filled, it'll start draining.

Or, you could do what I do, and loosen the reverse lights plug. You need an adj wrench and unplug the green/yellow wires. If you can ge tthat plug loose it should just spin off like a bolt and you can fill all 1.8ish quarts there with a funnel from above. Thats the easiest way to do it, and you don't need a friend's help.

 

i fill mine by myself with a tube in the fill hole on the side. seriously though it isnt that hard and only took me about 15-20 minutes to drain my tranny and refill it.

Fill bolt is on the left side of the trans, the drain bolt is near the bottom (blue square).
