disassembling is not the problem. Before you go any further make sure you know exactly how to reassemble them and have the correct tools and methods to do it.

honestly, i think there may be something horribly wrong with yer wheels. i have owned plenty of wheels and dissembled and reassembled them and never, ever had problems...what old man neri will tell u is the same i have told u....reassemble them in a criss cross fashion...one at 12 o clock then another at 6 o clock and vice versa until u are done. make sure u have the correct torque specs. torque specs depend on the size of the bolt u are using.

when i go to do that they are about and 1/8 inch off. the lip that sits on the inside of the barrel will not line up for crap. i'm gonna try to take off the powder coating around that area to see if it makes the difference. if not i'm just gonna get another set of wheels. its seriously driving me nuts. i have restored a set of racing hart type-c's before and also a set of bbs rs and have never had problems like this before. i'll try to snap some pics in the next couple of days.
