I spun a bearing on my all motor d.d. How much should machine work cost to repair it, and exactly what needs to be done, (polish crank) and what else? Thanks

 

it all depends how deep the scars are on the crank, but once you spun a bearing you might as well replace the crank since the bearing clearances wont be the same anymore

 

good excuse to install a LS crank and rods in my gsr block

 

might as well throw in some p30 pistons with some arp rod bolts for reliabilty while your at it!

Good excuse to sleeve and go big

 

i would sleeve it if i had the cash, but right now, as a grad student and working part time only, i can only afford a mild build, but i hope to go all out once im done with school
