Default Passenger Vent Blows Warm Air with A/C on Cold

Alright, someone help me out on this. My A/C blows cold as it should but only from the center vents and driver's door vents. It blows warm/not cold through the passenger vents. Could it be a clogged evaporator? It blows air, just the temperature is not nearly as cold.

I'm going to be draining/refilling the A/C tomorrow while taking the evaporator out to blow all the dust out.

Any other ideas?

To removing your dash to see how the ducting is routed. This will give you a good idea of whats causing the problem. There is usually a plastic flap that routes the air that goes through the output vents either from the heater or the AC evaporator. If you had two flaps (one for driver side and one for passenger side) that would explain it.
