Default Hey all

Hey all someone recommended me to here , I have a 1988 Honda CRX SI , Silver 1.6l non-vtec, I am restoring the car and going to put a b16a turbo in it's place.

My first question would be we're can I get the A/C / Heater control unit in good condition for not alot of money?

Good condition and not a lot of money? The only place would be getting awesomely lucky and finding one at a junkyard.

Good condition? Ebay.

Not a lot of money and good condition, but some modification required? There's a write-up to installing an accord climate control in your CRX and what you have to do to make it work around here, if you use the search function and search the archives you should find it.

Otherwise, CRX Toad sells climate repair plates for $13.50. They're durable and get the job done, it's what I'm using right now. Been using it for months with no issue other than I didn't make it look the best with my preschool glue skillz.

I would keep it Blade Silver. They were only made in limited numbers and are more rare than Y49 or Red.

I have decided with the blade Grey w/ black interior and blue gauges ( boost-air/fuel- Gas ( stupid cluster)

I am getting a loan Tuesday for 3,000 which isn't much but it's enough to get me a engine and finish my turbo. Get my interior and my rims and get it in primer so will be 75% complete ( im going to be doing as cheap as poss. but the best quality, I will ad more to it later as the extra cash comes)

I need a manifold that will adapt to the b16a to a Mitsubishi 13g turbo and I need a good intercool/plumbing for a good price and also the small radiators like in the civics/delsols if anyone knows a good price on them.

Thanks for the information

How rare( numbers) we're there Blade Silver CRX's produced
