Default Brake Lights, Horn, Dont Work...

I have a 1991 Civic Sedan with a b16 pre odb swap. Today my brake lights went out and yesterday my horn went out too. I've been searching around and I cannot for the life of me in my haynes and car manual find the damn fuses anywhere. I've pulled every fuse in the car I can find and they are all good.

Any ideas where they might be hidden, and yes I checked the box on the right side of the engine bay.
