How much would you pay for 15x7 Konig burners with decent tires?

Trying to figure out what offer I should make for them..

 

offer a lowball and see if they bite. start out 250 and raise it up till you feel your not getting a deal no more. Even with tires i wouldnt pay more than 400 for them.

 

Thanks for the input, I offered 300 and got em for that. Maybe could've got away with 250, but o well.
