Default Clutch question...

I got a quick question that i cant seem to find an answer to anywhere... Im putin a d16y7 into my 91 Si hatch but im keeping the Si cable tranny... do i get a clutch for the y7 tranny or the Si tranny when in the si bolted to a y7?

your stock si clutch will work. the only issues are with 88 and 89 transmissions. 90-2000 d-series trans all use the same clutch.

alright cool... well im actually picking up a different si trans cause my 91 dosnt have a motor or tranny and im not using anything my my 89 Si... how could you tell if the tranny is 90-91? it was bolted up to a 91 crx hf if that helps
