I'm soon due for a tune up since my car has 80k miles, so can you guys give me some advice what I should do?

Spark plugs, plug wires, clean throttle body, clean IACV, clean FITV, use seafoam before you change plugs, new air filter, new fuel filter, new distributor cap and rotor, check battery voltage, flush coolant, change transmission fluid, change powersteering fluid, flush brake fluid and clutch fluid if you have a manual.
