Ok i've already got a 99 ex, so I know some of my existing mounts will work

I am swapping in a b18b1 with b16 tranny, so what mounts (part #'s specifically) do i need? I am fully aware that I need the rear t-bracket (50827-S04-N10), the driver's side mount (need help with part #), front tranny mount, and rear tranny mount (need part #'s for both)

I can look at the diagram of the mounts all day long, but in the end...I have no clue which ones to buy besides the rear t-bracket lol
