my car had the distributor coil changed. Since then it has gone in limp mode and will not come out. It has a code 4 crank position sensor, and a code 20 electrical load detector(that always goes off when theres another code)

Ive tried swapping distributors with a buddy, and it still gave the same codes. Tried resetting the ECU, same codes. I put in a new o2 sensor, same codes.

Its a 2000 USDM B16a2 running with a OBD-1 ECU..any suggestions what to check next?
